Virginia Health Care Foundation Project Connect Grants for Medicaid outreach and enrollment assistance - apply by 10/15

Through this Request for Applications, VHCF will award 18-month grants to expand its Project Connect program and increase the number of outreach workers helping eligible Virginians understand and navigate Medicaid requirements.

Key dates include:

·                  Application deadline: Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

·                  Notice of awards: Friday, December 18, 2026

·                  Grant period: January 1, 2027–June 30, 2028

·                  Pre-application webinar: Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
