Please join us to connect with others as we grow a Healthier Fairfax for all! Doors will open at 12:30 pm for check-in and networking. Event will officially start at 1 pm.

At this meeting, we will:

• Provide an opportunity to meet others working to enhance the health and well-being of Fairfax communities, especially those with the highest levels of health disparities.

• Meet members of the Multicultural Advisory Council (MAC)

• Hear from community voices about partnering to address disparities

• Provide an opportunity to engage with others around common goals presented in the new Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP 3.0)
