Fairfax County has issued the Fairfax Opioid Abatement and Recovery (FOAR) request for proposals (RFP) for organizations to access opioid settlement funds for services, interventions or strategies that are allowable under national and state opioid settlement requirements; enhance/expand the County’s FY26-28 Opioid Response Plan; and, focus on demographic groups with higher numbers/rates of opioid overdose.
